    Program Overview:

    Positioning is the process of distinguishing yourself from your competitors. Successful positioning influences how your clients perceive you and establishes you up as an expert and thought leader. “The Power of Positioning” is designed specifically for technical professionals in AEC firms to learn how to identify and articulate their firm’s differentiators, understand how to position themselves and their firm as thought leaders, create client personas, and explore methods to create peak moments in their client experience strategy. Using research and case studies from the most successful firms, this course provides tools to help attendees develop in their careers and benefit their firms.
